For every building and every apartment the right cover.
HEIMA covers the full home-insurance stack – from HOA property insurance through landlord policies to contents and tenant cover. Choose the quote that fits your situation.
The coverage that fits.
All plans cover the legally expected standard perils. Three premium modules are what sets multifamily properties apart from a standard building policy.
Building
Fire, tap water, storm, hail – the core. Incl. drainage pipes outside the building.
Loss of rent
Loss-of-rent coverage for extended periods (quote-dependent) – protects cash flow during renovation and reconstruction.
Catastrophe coverage
Flood, landslide, backwater, snow pressure. Insurability depends on the hazard zone.
Glass coverage
Glazing of all kinds, incl. special glazing and winter gardens.
Photovoltaic
Dedicated clause for PV systems – see quote for details.
best-terms guarantee
Better market conditions may be adopted in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Value retention
Annual reconciliation of the coverage limit against a construction cost index – no-coinsurance-penalty clause as set out in the terms.
Round-the-clock claim notification
Hotline, app and web form are reachable at any time; processing follows business hours.
Fast response in a claim.
For pre-validated claims – such as water damage, storm or documented minor cases – HEIMA Premium aims for a swift claim approval. Concrete deadlines follow from the policy terms.
Report via live link
The resident reports the claim without a login. AI image analysis classifies the type of damage.
Unit / common element assignment
Based on the uploaded HOA declaration, the AI determines whether unit or common element is affected.
Pre-validation
Cover check against the terms. Direct release for simple cases.
Contractor coordination
Appointment directly with the resident. Status visible to property manager and owner.
What you should know before signing up.
Who carries the risk behind HEIMA?
Heima acts as an MGA. The risk is carried by established international carriers backing us – notification to state insurance department is in preparation. The balance-sheet strength of those carriers stands behind your policy.
Is there a waiting period for catastrophe claims?
Yes, the market standard is usually four weeks from contract start. This prevents anticipated claims during known weather situations.
How does the best-terms guarantee work?
If another building-insurance quote on the market carries a better clause, that clause may be adopted into your HEIMA Premium contract in accordance with the terms – at the same premium. We review the market annually.
What if the HOA compares multiple carriers?
That is the standard case with our AI policy comparison: your existing policies are uploaded, read automatically and compared in a board resolution draft – including the points where HEIMA is weaker than the competitor. The template is a draft; the legal review remains with the property manager.
What is the relationship to Vectoryx?
HEIMA and Vectoryx belong to the same group of companies and are legally and operationally separate entities. Vectoryx remains an independent claims-service partner for carriers; HEIMA runs its own insurance business.
